Two Adventist boys in Kharkiv, Ukraine received Bibles for children from the Ukrainian Bible Society on Tuesday April 12, 2022. They lived in one of the suburbs of Kharkiv about 20 kilometers from the border between Ukraine and Russia. From the beginning of the Russian invasion they had to seek cover. For almost a month the family sheltered in their basement without access to water, heat, electricity and cell phone coverage during the shelling. Here the boys are pictured with their mother, Kseniia.
